Play-by-Play Broadcaster, Writer, Sports Journalist

Lou Orlando is a freelance play-by-play broadcaster and sports journalist. He currently writes for Sports Illustrated, covering women’s basketball and the Indiana Fever. He also covers the New York Rangers for Forever Blueshirts and the New York Sirens for PWHL Now.

He graduated with a BA in Journalism from Fordham University (Fordham College of Rose Hill ‘25), where he spent all four years working at the university’s legendary radio station, WFUV.
